一、申请专利 1、选择专利类型 （1）外观设计专利——适合只强调申请物的外部造形有新的美感。 （2）实用新型专利——适合有形状构造的申请物的结构有新的改进并能带来好处。 （3）发明专利——适合技术创新水平较高或无形状构造的技术改进项目并能带来进步。 2、准备申请资料 （1）外观设计专利——提供有完整外形的实物、或者符合要求的六面图或照片。 （2）实用新型专利和发明专利——提供申请人所知的在先同类对象或技术的情况、专利申请的祥细内容和创新点、带来的实质好处或积极意义等材料。 3、申请资金准备 （1） 外观设计专利大概1300～2000元人民币。 （2） 实用新型专利大概2500～3000元人民币。 （3） 发明专利大概5000～8000元人民币。 4、签订委托书和委托合同 委托书和委托合同须提供签章原件；委托书和委托合同样式可从本网站下载；委托书一式一份，委托合同一式二份；填写上如有不明之处，请与本所联系；无法从本网站下载的，本所可通过邮寄，E-mail或派人送达。 二、办理其它专利事务 1、交纳专利年证费 获得专利授权时，应办理登记领证手续和交纳第一次年费，登记领证费用大概200～300元人民币，年费标准按照国家规定。 2、无效宣告 当发现获得专利权的专利项目不符合专利法律规定，可以委托本所向国家知识产权局专利复审委员会请求宣告该专利权无效。代理过程可能会包括证据调查，起动无效程序、案件跟进、到北京参加口头审理等具体工作，费用视具体情况收取。 3、专利纠纷处理和诉讼 专利权受到侵犯时，可以委托本所向人民法院起诉侵权者，或向管理专利工作部门请求处理侵权者。被专利权人起诉或被请求处理侵犯专利权时，可以委托本所代为应诉。具体工作和费用可视具体情况收取。 4、转让专利权和专利申请权、以及专利许可　 本所可代理签订转让或许可协议，或代表一方同另一方洽谈协议签订事宜。 5、专利的新颖性检索 专利项目的在先同类对象或技术情况不清楚，而要预测申请专利或办理其它专利事务的前景，可委托本所进行新颖性检索。一个项目的新颖性检索费用大概500～1000元人民币。本所办理专利申请或其它专利事务过程自己所做的基本检索不另外收费。 6、未列出的委托事务的具体工作和收费按实际情况协商确定。 　　Firstly, Patent Requisition 　　1.
